This guide walks you through the key processes and features of the BE-terna Reactor Mobile Logistics app. The app allows you to efficiently process warehouse activities on mobile devices.

Setting up the module
To be able to use the module, you need our Reactor Client and the BE-terna Reactor Platform Core App (AppSource). Please see the help page in the BE-terna Reactor Platform Core App AppSource offering to get and install the client, or contact us if you need assistance.
In order to use the module, please add it from the AppSource to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. Now you can customize the app to your needs. To do this, search for the “BE-Mobile Fusion Setup” in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and use the settings in the “Warehouse” FastTab.
Accessing the module

To access logistics activities:
- Log in for opening the Main Menu.
- Find the Logistics section.
- Click on the Activities tile to view and manage warehouse operations.
Choose a Warehouse Activity

Navigating the Warehouse Activities:
- After clicking the Activities tile a list of pending warehouse activities is displayed.
- Select a warehouse activity:
- Tap to select an entry manually.
- Scan the warehouse activity type + code. See BE-Mobile Fusion Setup → Warehouse → Whse. Document Regex (E.g. For a Warehouse Pick “2#PI000001”)
- 1 = Warehouse Put-away
- 2 = Warehouse Pick
- 3 = Warehouse Movement
- 4 = Invt. Put-away
- 5 = Invt. Pick
- 6 = Invt. Movement
- (Optional) Use the filter buttons to narrow down results by activity type.
Process a Warehouse Activity

- First Select a Warehouse Activity (see last section)
- A list of warehouse activity lines appears.
- You can filter the lines with the buttons in the top of the screen (the filters may vary depending on the chosen activity type)
- Switch between open and closed lines.
- Filter by take or place actions.
- Select a warehouse activity line:
- Tap to select a line manually.
- Scan the item no. to select the corresponding line.
- You can filter the lines with the buttons in the top of the screen (the filters may vary depending on the chosen activity type)
Editing a Warehouse Activity Line Entry

- Select a warehouse activity line (see last section).
- Enter the qty. to handle.
- Select or scan the bin code for pick / take.
- For items with tracking scan the serial no. or lot no.
- If you have finished processing all lines, the system will prompt you to post or register the activity. You may register or post an activity partly.
